Nova uses this hierarchy to determine output language:- Job-specific language (if set)
- Company default (fallback)
- English (final fallback)

Yes. Changes apply immediately to new Nova outputs. Existing scores and interview questions remain in their original language.

Previously scored candidates keep their original scores in the original language. Only newly scored candidates receive assessments in the new language.

No. Settings only control Nova’s output language, not how resumes are processed. Nova can process resumes in any language regardless of output language settings.
