Nova provides five distinct roles with different permission levels:- Owner
- Admin
- Accounting
- Recruiter
- Viewer
Full system accessOwners have unrestricted access to all Nova features and settings:
- Team management (invite, remove, change roles)
- Company settings and integrations
- Complete Nova feature access
- Billing and invoice management
- All candidate and job data

Navigate to team settings
Go to Team in your Nova dashboard.

Start invitation
Click “Invite Team Member”.

Enter details
Enter the email address and select the appropriate role.

Send invitation
Click send to deliver the secure invitation link.

Who can change roles:
- Owners can change any role
- Admins can change non-Owner and non-Admin roles
- Other roles cannot change roles
- Locate the team member on the Team page
- Click the role dropdown
- Select the new role
- Changes apply immediately

Yes. You can assign Owner role to multiple team members. However, you cannot remove or demote the last Owner to prevent system lockouts.
